With the Antunes ES600 egg station, kitchens can maximize production of egg sandwiches during the breakfast rush. It can cook as many as six eggs at once and takes only 2 minutes to cook eggs at room temperature. Its nonstick rings produce 3-inch-diameter eggs.

 

To cook products thoroughly and evenly, the Antunes ES600 egg station uses a combination of griddle heat and steam. Its griddle surface provides one heat source while water drips onto the heated platen during the cooking cycle to create steam. Precooked bacon can also be prepared with this unit. The ES-600 offers grill space for cooking six 3″ (76 mm) eggs at once alongside retherming meats like Canadian bacon and sausages.
