Maximize the space in your Dry Ager 1500 Pro curing cabinet with the Dry Ager charcuterie and flexibility package. Perfectly position heavy cuts of meat for optimal air circulation using the included stainless steel hanger. It features integrated grooves that help hold the hooks in place to prevent slippage and can support up to 176 lb. of product. Make the most of the space left behind by hanging product by using the three included half shelves to fit smaller products.
These shelves feature grates that allow air to flow around the products it supports for optimal exposure and curing during use. It's perfectly suited to holding cheese or small pieces of meat and can support up to 55 lb. of product. To use, simply insert one of the shelves in the front half of an insert space, leaving the back half open for the larger hanging product. These shelves will not fit in the back half of the curing cabinet.
Lastly this package includes three charcuterie shelves to provide optimum support and better airflow to sausage, salami, or ham. Depending on your needs, the charcuterie shelves can be used in two different ways. To hang strings of sausage or sausage yarn over a lug, place the shelf with the attachment lugs facing upward. To hold pairs of sausages place the shelf with the attachment lug facing downward and hang the sausage in the notch. This is also ideal for hanging a ham. While each shelf is rated for certain weights, be sure not to exceed the overall product capacity of your 1500 Pro cabinet which may result in poor performance.
